Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Employee Relations Executive to join our team at the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, looking to gain hands-on experience in managing employee relations within a government technology organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of employee relations policies and programs.
- Support the resolution of employee grievances and disputes in an impartial and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments on various employee relations matters.
- Conduct preliminary research and analysis on employee relations trends and best practices relevant to the public sector.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating employee awareness programs and training sessions.
