Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Private Attorney / Lawyer to join our legal team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an individual with a BCA background and 0-2 years of experience looking to gain practical legal experience within the dynamic medical devices sector. You will be responsible for supporting the legal department in various aspects of corporate law, compliance, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Provide support in ensuring compliance with Indian laws and regulations relevant to the medical devices industry.
- Conduct legal research on specific issues related to intellectual property, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
- Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution processes under supervision.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of legal risk management strategies.
- Utilize your BCA knowledge to assist with data protection and IT-related legal matters.
