Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong understanding of logistics and operational processes, complemented by an LLM degree, to join our team as a Junior Shipping Deck - Other. This role will involve supporting various operational aspects of our educational programs and outreach activities, ensuring efficient movement and tracking of materials, and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of our initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and foundational knowledge to optimize processes and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating the logistics of educational materials, supplies, and equipment for various program sites across Delhi.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Support the planning and execution of transportation and distribution schedules.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any shipping or delivery discrepancies.
- Conduct basic analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations for the handling and movement of goods.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for shipping and logistics functions.
- Utilize LLM knowledge to interpret and manage relevant legal or regulatory documentation pertaining to shipping and logistics.
