Key Account Manager - Fitness & Wellness (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, leveraging your legal knowledge to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Oversee the onboarding of new key clients and ensure their successful integration into our services.
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver on client expectations.
- Track and analyze account performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure all client interactions and agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations.
