Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Kit Manager to join our team in Nagpur. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual with a 12th pass qualification and 0-1 years of experience. The Kit Manager will be responsible for the efficient management, inventory, and distribution of site-specific materials and equipment, ensuring smooth operations on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain an accurate inventory of all site kits, tools, and equipment.
* Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
* Organize and store kits and equipment in a systematic manner for easy access.
* Prepare and distribute kits for various project teams as per requirements.
* Track the movement of kits and equipment to and from the site.
* Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies in inventory.
* Assist in regular stocktaking and audit processes.
* Ensure a clean and safe storage environment for all items.
* Coordinate with site supervisors and foremen regarding kit requirements.
