Laundry Manager / Supervisor (3-5 Yrs) | Coimbatore

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Laundry Manager / Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our laundry operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation for our residents' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of all linens and garments.

Ensure adherence to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a healthy environment.

Implement and maintain quality control measures for laundry services, ensuring garments are clean, properly finished, and free from damage.

Supervise and train laundry staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

Manage inventory of laundry supplies, detergents, and equipment, and place orders as needed.

Maintain and troubleshoot laundry equipment, coordinating repairs when necessary.

Develop and implement efficient laundry workflows and schedules to meet operational demands.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction with laundry services.
