Layout Engineer (3-5 Yrs) | Gurgaon

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Layout Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the precise planning, design, and execution of site layouts for various infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal utilization of space and adherence to project specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying principles, construction methodologies, and relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare detailed site layout plans, including earthwork, drainage, and utility layouts, based on project requirements and engineering drawings.

Conduct site surveys and setting out operations using surveying equipment and software to establish control points and verify existing conditions.

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to translate design into practical site layouts.

Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of layouts and address any on-site challenges.

Perform calculations for volumes, quantities, and material requirements related to earthwork and site development.

Maintain accurate records of survey data, layout adjustments, and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the layout and setting out process.

Utilize CAD software for drafting, modifying, and presenting layout plans.
