We are seeking a talented Light Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our innovative team in Chennai. As a Light Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing lighting solutions for our cutting-edge beauty and personal care products. You will collaborate with product development, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure our products meet high standards of visual appeal, functionality, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement lighting systems for new and existing beauty and personal care products, ensuring optimal illumination and color rendering.
Conduct photometric analysis and simulations to predict light distribution, intensity, and color quality.
Collaborate with product designers to integrate lighting solutions seamlessly into product aesthetics and user interfaces.
Develop and maintain lighting specifications, testing protocols, and quality control procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve lighting-related issues during product development and manufacturing phases.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in lighting technology, LED components, and optical design principles.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of lighting design processes and product quality.
