Line Leader / Supervisor - M.Pharma Professionals (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader / Supervisor with an M.Pharma qualification and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate daily operations within a specific production or operational line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to all relevant standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of operational staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Monitor production or operational line performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or issues.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality control procedures, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and personnel activities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of objectives.

Train and mentor new team members.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
