Logistics Executive - Corporate (Noida) - 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and organized Logistics Executive to join our corporate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the smooth execution of logistics operations within our IT services and consulting environment. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, including inventory levels, shipment details, and delivery status.
• Process and verify invoices and delivery documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
