Logistics Operations Manager Job Opportunity - Biotechnology (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of materials, products, and information within our biotechnology operations. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of supply chain and logistics principles within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and any specific requirements for pharmaceutical/biotech products.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) and external vendors to optimize supply chain processes.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, customs forms, and inventory records.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and transportation partners.
- Support cost-saving initiatives within the logistics function.
- Respond to and resolve operational issues and disruptions promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
