Logistics / SCM Analyst - B.Sc Professionals (3-4 Yrs)

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving cost savings within the fast-paced beauty and personal care e-commerce industry. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and data analysis to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor key supply chain metrics (e.g., lead times, inventory levels, transportation costs, on-time delivery rates).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, sales) and external partners (vendors, logistics providers) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels across warehouses to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose data-driven solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of SCM reports and dashboards.
- Conduct market research on best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
