Maintenance Head - Healthcare & Life Sciences (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Head with 1-3 years of experience to oversee the smooth functioning and upkeep of our facilities in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and demonstrate a strong understanding of maintenance operations within the healthcare sector. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all hospital equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and implement prompt solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Contribute to budget planning and cost control for the maintenance department.
