Manager - Machine Learning - Recruitment / Staffing (Chandigarh)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager - Machine Learning with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning and a passion for applying these techniques to enhance our recruitment and staffing solutions. This role involves leading the development and implementation of ML models that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our talent acquisition processes. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative ML-powered features.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for tasks such as candidate matching, resume parsing, sentiment analysis, and predictive hiring analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions.

Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML and AI and apply them to our product roadmap.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing.
