Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Market Research / Insights professional with 2-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, identifying emerging trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies for our engineering and construction business. This role requires a strong understanding of design thinking principles and their application in business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs within the engineering and construction sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to integrate market insights into business strategies.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to uncover unmet needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Monitor and report on key market metrics and performance indicators.
