Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Materials / Inventory Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management principles and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management of our material resources, supporting our mission to conserve India's heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and obsolescence.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with procurement and program teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Prepare inventory reports and present findings to management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management software.
