Mathematics Teacher (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher with 1-3 years of experience to join our educational initiatives at Biocon Limited in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for individuals with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree who possess a strong aptitude for mathematics and a passion for teaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging mathematics instruction to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall academic development of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for mathematics, aligning with curriculum standards and student needs.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures and activities to facilitate understanding of complex mathematical concepts.
- Assess student progress through various methods, including assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and design thinking principles, drawing from your M.Des background, to enhance learning experiences.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student academic and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
