Role Summary: The MD/CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational management of the organization, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with its mission. Key Responsibilities:

About Indian Pharmacopoeial Commission
The Indian Pharmacopoeial Commission (IPC) is an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Established in 1976, the IPC is dedicated to setting and enforcing standards for drugs and pharmaceuticals in India. Its primary role is to develop and publish the Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP), which serves as the official compendium of standards for drugs. The IPC also plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of medicines by undertaking various activities like drug testing, standardization of excipients, and providing reference standards. The commission actively collaborates with national and international regulatory bodies to harmonize standards and promote the availability of safe and effective medicines.
