Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, supporting our mission-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree, bringing a unique perspective on health and safety standards to our operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems within the organization's facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and planned maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.
- Assist in the implementation of new MEP projects and upgrades, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, particularly relevant to a B.Pharma background, in all MEP operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues promptly to minimize disruption to services.
- Support the development and execution of preventative maintenance schedules.
