Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for overseeing and coordinating the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of MEP systems and project management principles. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution and quality of MEP installations, working closely with project teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of MEP activities on construction sites.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP equipment and materials.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to MEP services.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify and report any MEP-related issues, discrepancies, or potential risks to the project management team.
- Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily activities, and resource utilization.
- Support in the preparation of progress reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with other site engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth integration of MEP works with other project disciplines.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Learn and apply project management best practices in day-to-day operations.
