Merchandising & Planning - Other (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandising & Planning Associate. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products, supporting inventory management, and contributing to the overall supply chain operations within our biotechnology research and development environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This position is based in Thane and is suitable for individuals with approximately 3-4 years of relevant experience and a 12th Pass qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies to ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish stock as needed.
- Track and report on key merchandising and planning metrics.
- Support the visual merchandising efforts to optimize product display and presentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product demand and supply requirements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of inventory records.
- Participate in stocktaking activities and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling.
- Identify opportunities to improve merchandising and planning processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom/warehouse environment.
