Mining Engineer - Biotechnology Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Mining Engineer with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role involves applying design thinking and engineering principles to optimize processes and infrastructure within our biotechnology manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a unique perspective on operational efficiency through design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and redesign existing mining and material handling systems within the biotechnology production environment to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize M.Des knowledge to develop innovative solutions for process flow, layout optimization, and equipment integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D, to understand operational challenges and implement design-led solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed design modifications and new infrastructure projects.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including CAD drawings, process schematics, and user manuals.
- Oversee the implementation of design changes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies in industrial design and mining operations relevant to the biotech sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through a design-centric approach.
