Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist with 1-3 years of experience and an Any Graduate degree to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential care and support to newborns, particularly those requiring specialized medical attention. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team within a wellness-focused environment, contributing to the overall health and well-being of infants and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage the health of newborn infants, including premature and critically ill babies.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate and support parents on infant care, feeding, and health management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in neonatology.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
