Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager / Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our organization's computer networks, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including user access controls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and best practices.
