Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Programmer / Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for supporting and enhancing our organization's technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless network operations, and contributing to data analysis for program improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer networking principles and programming, coupled with analytical skills, and hold an M.Tech degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network infrastructures.

- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.

- Develop and script network automation tools and programs to streamline network management tasks.

- Analyze network traffic and security logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend security enhancements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their networking needs and provide technical support and solutions.

- Assist in the planning and deployment of new network hardware and software.

- Prepare reports on network performance, security, and utilization.

- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
