We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor / Manager to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing night operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and managing the front desk during overnight shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience and a 12th Pass qualification looking to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and guest inquiries during night shifts.
Perform daily audits of financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and cash handling.
Reconcile discrepancies and prepare daily financial reports for management.
Ensure all operational procedures are followed correctly during the night.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
Address and resolve any guest issues or concerns that arise overnight.
Maintain a secure and orderly environment throughout the premises.
