Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Informaticist with an M.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge and informatics expertise to enhance patient care, optimize clinical workflows, and contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare technologies within our medical devices and equipment division. This role is suitable for professionals with 2-4 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret clinical data to identify trends, improve patient outcomes, and support evidence-based practice, with a specific focus on pharmaceutical data.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, IT professionals, and M.Pharma experts to design, implement, and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare information systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on the effective use of clinical information systems and new technologies.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, local Indian regulations).
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new healthcare technologies, focusing on their integration with existing pharmaceutical and clinical workflows.
- Facilitate communication between clinical end-users and IT development teams to translate user needs into system requirements.
- Contribute to the development of clinical decision support tools and other informatics solutions.
