Operations Manager for B.Tech/B.E. Graduates (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team at Cult.fit. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in the fast-paced fitness and wellness industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of our Thiruvananthapuram operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management.
• Ensure smooth execution of fitness classes and other wellness programs, adhering to quality standards.
• Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., trainers, sales, marketing) to achieve operational goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
