Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day upstream operational activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

- Ensure all operations comply with relevant Indian laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those pertaining to the fitness and wellness industry.
- Review and interpret contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to operational partnerships and vendor management.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to compliance policies.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
