Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Pain Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and possess a foundational understanding of pain management principles within a corporate occupational health setting. This role focuses on assessing, guiding, and supporting employees experiencing work-related pain and discomfort, contributing to a healthier and more productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of employee complaints related to pain and musculoskeletal discomfort, identifying potential causes and impact on work performance.
- Provide basic counseling and support to employees, helping them understand their pain and available resources.
- Educate employees on ergonomic best practices and preventative measures to reduce the risk of pain and injury.
- Collaborate with HR and Occupational Health teams to develop and implement wellness programs focused on pain prevention and management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee assessments and interventions.
- Assist in coordinating referrals to external specialists when necessary, under the guidance of senior health professionals.
- Participate in health and safety awareness campaigns within the organization.
