You will provide essential support to our legal and medical teams, ensuring smooth processing of case-related documentation and patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the intake and initial processing of personal injury claims.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and readily accessible.
- Communicate with patients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their case status.
- Schedule appointments for medical examinations and follow-ups.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries under the guidance of senior staff.
- Liaise with insurance companies and other relevant parties as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and case information.
