As a Personal Shopper, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their unique shopping needs, ensuring a personalized and efficient experience. This role requires a strong understanding of client preferences, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be expected to leverage your BCA background to manage data, track orders, and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and preferences through detailed consultations.
• Research and identify products or services that best meet client needs, considering budget and style.
• Manage the entire shopping process, including online and in-person purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain detailed records of client purchases, preferences, and feedback using company systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
• Provide style advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Utilize analytical skills gained from BCA to track shopping trends and identify opportunities for service improvement.
