Pharmacist - Government / Public Administration

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Pharmacist with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Thane. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to public health initiatives within a government-aligned organization. The successful candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to optimize pharmaceutical processes, improve user experience for healthcare professionals and patients, and contribute to the efficient management of medicinal resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and redesign workflows for pharmaceutical dispensing and inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce errors, applying principles of design thinking.

Develop user-friendly interfaces and documentation for internal pharmaceutical systems and external communication materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and IT, to understand needs and translate them into practical design solutions.

Research and propose innovative approaches to drug storage, packaging, and delivery systems, considering both functional and aesthetic aspects.

Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards in all design and process improvement initiatives.

Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides for new pharmaceutical systems and procedures.
