Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pilot - Other with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and documentation of pilot-scale operations within our biotechnology research and development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and their application in a scientific operational context.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and financial forecasts for pilot projects.

Track and manage project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Support the financial reconciliation of pilot-scale batches, including material and resource costs.

Prepare financial reports and variance analysis for management review.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Operations, Procurement) on financial aspects of pilot studies.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures for pilot operations.

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
