Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Mechanical Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for mechanical systems and a desire to learn and grow within the IT services and consulting industry. You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, operation, and efficiency of our facility's mechanical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the routine inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems within the facility.
- Monitor the performance of mechanical systems and identify potential issues or inefficiencies.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all operational and maintenance tasks.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and understanding of plant operations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment as required.
- Respond to equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs under supervision.
