Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain all plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and procurement, to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and resource utilization.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary components.
