Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Power Plant Technician with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Com background to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for the efficient operation and maintenance of our renewable energy power plant. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial understanding from their B.Com degree to contribute to operational efficiency and cost management within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of the power plant equipment and systems.

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on power plant machinery.

Maintain accurate logs of operational data, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

Support the senior technicians and engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards within the plant.

Assist in inventory management of spare parts and consumables, contributing to cost-effective operations.

Utilize B.Com knowledge to analyze operational costs and suggest efficiency improvements.
