Role Summary: Seeking a motivated and analytical Private Equity Analyst with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial in supporting our investment activities, from deal sourcing and due diligence to financial modeling and portfolio management, contributing to the growth and success of our IT services and consulting startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential investment opportunities within the IT Services & Consulting sector.

Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments.

Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing financial statements, operational data, and legal documents.

Develop and maintain financial models, including valuation, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.

Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and investment committees.

Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in value creation initiatives.

Collaborate with deal teams and management to support transaction execution and post-investment management.
