Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with a background in Legal, Legislative, and Medical (LLM) studies to join our team as a Process / Operational Excellence Specialist. This role is crucial in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our medical device operations. You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an LLM graduate with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to a leading healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operational processes within the medical device manufacturing and supply chain to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar frameworks.
- Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to implement process changes.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of implemented improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support compliance initiatives related to medical device regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP).
- Train employees on new processes and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
