As a Process Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and upskilling employees on various operational processes within the Government/Public Administration sector. This role is ideal for an Any Graduate with a passion for training and development, looking to contribute to a leading organization in digital payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on operational processes, policies, and system functionalities to new and existing employees.

Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, feedback forms, and performance monitoring, and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.

Maintain training records and track participant progress.
