Procurement Analyst - Healthcare & Life Sciences (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Procurement Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging components essential for our drug manufacturing operations. You will play a key part in supplier management, contract negotiation, and driving procurement strategies to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities, reliability, and pricing.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize inventory levels.
- Support the development and execution of procurement strategies for APIs, intermediates, and packaging materials.
- Participate in supplier negotiations, including price, terms, and conditions, to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, market trends, and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to understand material requirements and ensure supply chain alignment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in procurement processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement best practices and process improvements.
