Procurement / Sourcing Head - 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement / Sourcing Head with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our procurement and sourcing operations within the Engineering & Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, vendor management, and cost control, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient acquisition of goods and services.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve optimal outcomes.

Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk proactively.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure satisfaction.
