Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager - Pharma with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape. This role is instrumental in driving the strategy and development of our pharmaceutical-related initiatives and programs within the industry association context. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for pharmaceutical initiatives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical sector.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including scientific committees and member groups, to gather requirements and feedback.

Support the development of new programs, guidelines, and educational content for members.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Contribute to the planning and execution of industry events and workshops.

Analyze data and prepare reports on product performance and member engagement.
