Product Operations Associate / Lead - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Operations Associate/Lead to join our growing team in Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational processes to support product launches and ongoing product management.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize roadmap items and track progress.
- Manage product documentation, release notes, and internal knowledge bases.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts for product features.
- Contribute to defining and refining product KPIs and success metrics.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
