Product / Service Trainer - Recruitment / Staffing Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product / Service Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial in ensuring our internal teams and clients are proficient in using our recruitment and staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, with a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on our recruitment software, tools, and services to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, user guides, and e-learning modules, tailored to different learning styles.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and remotely.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance monitoring, and make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery.
• Stay updated with product enhancements, industry trends, and best practices in the recruitment and staffing domain.
• Provide ongoing support and answer queries from trainees post-training.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to understand new features and client needs.
