Production - Other - Contract Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Production - Other professional with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role will involve contributing to various operational aspects within our projects, ensuring efficient and compliant production processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of production activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support the documentation of production records, batch manufacturing records (BMRs), and other relevant reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, research & development, and supply chain.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and problem-solving related to production processes.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform other production-related tasks as assigned.
