Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of project management principles and a unique background with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, bringing a distinct perspective to operational and regulatory aspects of manufacturing projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and company objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols, leveraging your LLM background to interpret and apply legal and compliance frameworks.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.

Contribute to process improvements within the manufacturing operations.
