Project / Program Risk - Corporate (Mangalore)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Project / Program Risk professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our Corporate Risk Management team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. You will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with our diverse project and program portfolio, ensuring operational resilience and strategic objective achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and processes for various projects and programs.
- Conduct comprehensive risk identification workshops and assessments, documenting potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Analyze the likelihood and impact of identified risks, prioritizing them based on severity.
- Propose and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and track the status of identified risks and the effectiveness of mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional heads, and other stakeholders to integrate risk management into project lifecycles.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting risk management in the biotechnology sector.
