Purser / First Purser (3-5 Yrs) | Jaipur

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Purser / First Purser with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Jaipur. The Purser will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth operational and financial coordination within the designated department or project, particularly in an educational/training context. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including cash handling, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations for management review.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash and other immediate financial needs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth financial flow and operational efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses against allocated budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
- Handle administrative tasks related to financial documentation and record-keeping.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers regarding payments and financial queries.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
