QA / QC Analyst at Cult.fit (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team at Cult.fit in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of quality assurance principles. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence of our fitness and wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control checks on various aspects of our operations, including service delivery, digital platform features, and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and report any discrepancies or quality issues to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, technology) to understand requirements and ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of services and products against established quality metrics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation and training materials.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control measures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices in all quality-related activities.
